David, an attorney, CPA, and real estate investor, brings a sharp eye for quality. His connection to Stratton spans 40+ years, growing up on its slopes and developing a lifelong love for the area.
Bonnie, our visionary designer, curates every detail. Her discerning taste ensures each home blends modern aesthetics, upmarket finishes, and a warmth that makes every stay feel personal.
Our kids, David Jr. and Penny, adore visiting Stratton alongside our dogs, Buster and Piper. That personal connection drives us to create homes where your family builds the same cherished memories we do.

Our journey to create 42 North began with a clear vision: to redefine the short-term rental landscape in Vermont. What started as simply purchasing one ski house for our own family quickly grew into much more, a true passion project and business.
